Glad to share with you that Aosion family just get back from spring tour.
All Aosion families enjoyed fresh air and wonderful time during this amazing weekend.
We are happy to be close to the nature and to see a variety of flowers and plants in this new year spring.
Meanwhile, tried special hot springs and picked strawberries from original ecological farm.

Here I'd like to share with you some methods of preserving strawberries, hoping to be helpful to you.

How to Store Fresh Strawberries? (Tips for Storing Strawberries)
Strawberries will mold quickly if left at normal room temperature. For efficient storage of strawberries, temperature and humidity requirements should be met.
The best temperature for storing strawberries is 32 to 36 degrees Fahrenheit (0 to 2 degrees Celsius).
Also, the optimum humidity level for maximum freshness is 90% to 95%. If the humidity level drops below 90%, water loss and shrinkage can occur.

It is best to use the crisper drawer of the refrigerator for storage.
And, if the strawberries are in one of the store-bought plastic resealable boxes, be sure to store them with the lid on.
Strawberries have a short shelf life. Under optimal conditions, strawberries can be kept for up to a week, depending on the ripeness of the strawberries at the time of picking.
It is important not to wash the strawberries before eating them, the extra moisture added to the surface of the picked fruit will hasten their death and spoilage.
Also, be sure to double check before buying from a store or supermarket

If you want to extend the shelf life of your strawberries, you will need to transfer them to your refrigerator.
The best way to do this is to store them in a single layer in an airtight container according to the following steps.
1. Wash strawberries just when you prepare to eat them
Cleaning strawberries instantly reveals them to moisture, and also dampness on fresh berries makes them musty.
Refrigerate unwashed strawberries and also just wash berries right prior to eating them.

2. Keep them as whole berries
Whole strawberries will certainly stand up to spoilage longer than cut-up strawberry items.
Keep the entire basket much like you discovered them at the grocery store or farmers' market, and leave their green-leaf tops undamaged.

3. Line a plastic or glass container with paper towels
These paper towels will take in wetness as well as maintain your berries from obtaining musty.

4. Area the strawberries in a solitary layer inside the container
If you can fit all of your strawberries into one container, that makes things simple.
If you require several containers to maintain that single layer, don't be reluctant to utilize more than one.
Obviously, you can pile strawberries on top of one another (similar to they're found in their initial container), however this allows mold to spread out swiftly from berry to berry.
Consider layering a paper towel between layers to minimize moisture as well as contact.

5.Tightly secure the container as well as area it in the fridge
Dry, airtight strawberries need to last in the fridge for seven days or longer. For the freshest flavor, nonetheless, you'll intend to eat them faster than that.
